The Unscene Chicago is a blog and vidcast that was created with the goals of promoting up and coming Chicagoans who are aspiring filmmakers, authors, multi-media and fine artists, musicians, and theater artist, all by highlighting their talents and exposing them to you.

Tiffiany Tate is one of the co-founders of The UnScene Chicago. She’s majored in screenwriting/film at Columbia College Chicago. Her interests are documentary filmmaking and short films. She also produces music for short films and musicians in the Chicago area and has written reviews for Film Monthly. Sawyer Lahr is one of the co-founders of The UnScene Chicago. Originally from Michigan, he is a critical film studies major at Columbia College Chicago. He writes film reviews for Film Monthly and has worked on many short films throughout the city. His interest is to use film as a medium to draw attention to social issues.
